Owl Genius: Kids Math (“the app”) is a math learning game for children. We take children’s privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the app does and does not handle.

We do not collect any personal information

• The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you or your child.
• There are no accounts, no sign-up, no email, and no login to any server.
• The player profiles, names, avatars, and progress you create are stored only on your device and never leave it.

No advertising or tracking

• The app contains no third-party advertising.
• The app uses no analytics or tracking software of any kind.
• We do not build profiles of users and do not share any information with third parties, because we do not collect any.

Read-aloud feature

The optional read-aloud button uses your device’s built-in text-to-speech. No audio is recorded, and nothing is sent over the internet for this feature.

Permissions

The app does not request access to the microphone, camera, contacts, location, or photos.

Data storage & deletion

All progress is saved locally using on-device storage. To delete it, use “Reset progress” or “Remove player” in the Parent Dashboard, or simply delete the app from your device. Uninstalling removes all stored data.

Children’s privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Because the app collects no personal data, there is nothing to disclose, sell, or retain. The app is designed to comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Apple App Store Kids Category requirements.

If this policy changes (for example, if a future version adds new features), we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
